Training

Complete training and consulting services are provided during the implementation. SunGard Public Sector also provides ongoing training services for our clients. We at SunGard Public Sector are consistently exploring methods of training that work best for our clients. Currently we have several types of training available to users:

• Classes at Client Site
• Classes at SunGard Public Sector
• Distance Learning

There are many variables involved with choosing the type of training that best fits both your site as well as the topic/module being trained on. Variables include technology, budgets, client perceptions, etc.

A majority of new sites end up using a combination of training methods to meet their specific needs. Your Account Manager will assist you in designing a training plan that will best meet your needs.
